LLC in 2001, has assembled a solid team of
innovative professionals to lead the team at
WebMedia Digital Marketing Agency.
Steven Roberts
Vice President/GM
Steven Roberts, Co Founder of WebMedia Global
Solutions, LLC has been instrumental in
providing a path for the vision of WebMedia
Digital Marketing Agency. Steven holds an MBA
from the
University
of
California,
Berkeley
and has many technology certifications including
a CCNP and CCSP from Cisco Systems.
Linda Evans
Vice President, CFO
Linda
brings over 40 years of Financial,
Accounting/Business Administration experience to
WebMedia. As a co-founder Linda serves on the
Board of Directors and plays a major role in the
success and growth of WebMedia.
Roland Cardoza
Director, Sales Operations
Roland Cardoza has spent the past 6 years as
Director of Sales & Marketing with WebMedia
Digital Marketing Agency, a division of WebMedia
Global Solutions and is now the Director of
Sales Operations. Roland's big picture approach
to strategy development coupled with his command
of planning and online technology has been the
key for building high performance e-businesses.
Since 2005, Roland has been helping companies
develop and implement online business
strategies, help build brand new eBusiness' and
provide clients with solutions to increase
market penetration. Roland has been directly
involved in the development, management and
implementation of WebMedia’s larger scale
e Commerce projects including marketing strategy
and direction. Roland also manages WebMedia’s
technology development efforts, including
WebMedia’s proprietary software Instant Web
Translator™.
His professional career includes the building,
growing and managing of three different,
technology-driven companies in the areas of
consulting, digital marketing and the Internet
translation. During his business career Roland's
creative talents have taken him to secure over 3
different patents and develop the vision for the
development of new services at WebMedia.
Roland holds a Masters of Business
Administration/Marketing, Bachelor of Science
Degree in Technical Management, Associate Degree
in Computer Networking Systems and is a
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, MCSE.
James Bush
Director Information Technology/Website
Development
Mr. Bush is responsible for the IT network for
Translate the Web. Mr. Bush brings with him a
wealth of Technology and Marketing experience,
building and Managing the IT Department for many
organizations. After completing his
undergraduate at the University of Phoenix, he
has spent the last several years, building and
successfully selling his own web design
business. Today James provides business
organizations with expert Web Analyst and Web
Designs. Mr. Bush holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Technical Management from University
of Phoenix, Associates Degree in Computer
Networking Systems from University of Riverside.
Lidia Anguiano, Director of Spanish
Translation/Web Graphics
With the
addition of Lidia to the WebMedia team she has
helped customers increase the company's presence
on the Internet by leading the translation team
and adding a graphics division to WebMedia.
Lidia holds
three degrees, including a Masters in
Psychology. Her knowledge of consumer behavior
has been an asset to WebMedia and our clients.

Maria Hernandez
Director of Human Resources
After completing her education, Maria spent
several years in the recruiting and HR
Departments of major organizations. After taking
a few years off to raise her human resources,
(her children), Maria now handles the Human
Resources function and Public Relations for
WebMedia Digital Marketing.
